You certainly have a beautiful space to work with! What a view! Challenging doing this online by not being exactly in the physical space where one can move things around and see how they place. Highlight the positives and work around those, which are essentially the beautiful view which clearly inspires your writing and the windows. The dark wood panelled walls are special ~ embrace them. They may be dark, however, they embody their own warmth which can be lifted to brighten the space.
